Sally & Paul’s wedding

Sally and Paul, I can't believe it's already been a month since you got married. And what a spectacular day it was, with not even the lightning storm at 1.00am stopping the party! The attention to detail on the day was incredible... with one of my favourites being the '99 ice cream' floral arrangements - yum, look good enough to eat!  Go to my Facebook page to see some images from the day.

Congratulations….

.... to Kate and Stuart who beat off competition at the Cliffs Pavilion Wedding Fair on Sunday to win a wedding, all expenses paid, thanks to the Cliffs Pavilion and Southend Radio.  The lucky couple, along with the other five finalists, took part in a series of challenges culminating in a 'Mr & Mrs' style quiz to battle it out for the prize which included, venue hire and wedding breakfast, wedding dress, suit hire, chair covers, invitations, engraved wedding rings, flowers for the ceremony, wedding cake, a luxury wedding car, outfits for the mothers of the bride and groom, and last but not least wedding photography by yours truly.

Kirstie and Tony brave the elements

Not deterred at all by the wind and rain, Kirstie and Tony were a bundle of happiness for their big day. After a beautiful wedding ceremony at St Peter's Church in Goldhanger we decamped to the warm and welcoming surroundings of Vaulty Manor in Heybridge where Toastmaster, Derek Wagstaff was on hand to ensure everything ran like clockwork.  Click on my Facebook link on the right to see some of my favourite images from the day.

Weddings at Sands Bistro, Southend

Ever been to a 'pretend' wedding?  Well I went to one this week at Sands Bistro in Southend.  And no, it wasn't an 'Eastenders' episode where they all go to the seaside and one of them gets married....  Sands, to the delight of many, is now available to book as a wedding venue, and on Monday they had a 'mock' wedding, complete with gorgeous bride and groom, models Sally and James, where we captured some great images which really show the venue off.  The place looked fantastic and with the stunning views over the estuary it was picture perfect.  For further information call 01702 468123.
